Non-Invasive CGM Clinical Trials
Cardiff University has conducted five clinical trials on humans using the NIBGM sensor, with one involving 50 subjects comprising non-diabetics and a mix of type 1 and type 2 diabetics, with very encouraging results.
A summary of these clinical trials:
Clinical Studies 1, 2: Laboratory testing, 1st generation wired sensor
Clinical Study 3: 2nd generation wired sensor, 24 subjects
Clinical Study 4: 3rd generation wireless sensor, 10 subjects, 2 visits
Clinical Study 5: 3rd generation wireless sensor, 50 subjects
Clinical Study 6: 4th generation GlucoRx BioXensor TM miniaturized multi-sensor, Bluetooth,
App ( trials planned for 2022)
